Look Away — Smart breaks for healthy eyes and a focused mind
I love learning about the history of the world. And I often wonder what happened on a particular day since there’s always something interesting that happened on that day. And even though the information is out there on the internet, it’s not always easy to find.
That’s where this free app called On This Day comes in handy. It’s a handy little menubar app that lets you look back at the history conveniently. Perfect for a curious historophile like me.
As you can tell, it’s pretty intuitive and does exactly what it promises. It shows the year and the exceprt of the events that happened on that day. And if you want to learn more about the event, you can click on it and it will open the Wikipedia page for that event. Easy peasy!
